Connect Your WhatsApp Number

Go to Dashboard → Add WhatsApp by QR.
Click to connect and generate the QR code.
Open your WhatsApp (or WhatsApp Business) app.
Go to Linked Devices → Link a Device.
Scan the QR code shown in OnlineLiveSupport.
Once connected, your WhatsApp account will show as Connected.

Import Your Contacts

Before creating your campaign, add the contacts you want to message to a Phonebook.

Go to Dashboard → Phonebook.
Enter a name for your phonebook and click Add Phonebook.
Click the + button on the phonebook you created.
Import your contacts using CSV, or add them manually.

Create & Run Your WhatsApp Campaign

Go to Dashboard → QR Bulk Campaign.
Click Create Campaign.
Select the connected WhatsApp account and the Phonebook you want to use.
Enter your campaign message and configure the campaign settings.
Click Create Campaign.
Review the campaign and click Run to start sending.
